Meet The Team

As Owner and Managing Director of the Beck Group of companies, Ben leads the group’s overall strategy, operations, and performance. A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with 25 years of experience in residential land and development, he has successfully promoted and delivered numerous schemes through the group’s sister companies, Beck Homes and Beck Developments.

Liam has a wealth of experience in the strategic land market that stretches back over 20 years, having worked previously for volume housebuilders and land promotion companies with a national remit. In his role as Land Director, Liam heads up the land and planning team and leads on the identification of sites and their promotion through the planning system ensuring a consistent point of contact with our landowner partners throughout the process.

Leo focuses on identifying, promoting, and delivering land opportunities in partnership with landowners across the UK. His experience across both Beck Homes and Beck Strategic Land has given him a solid understanding of how sites progress through the planning and development process. Having worked closely with landowners on a range of residential and mixed-use projects, he brings a clear, practical approach to assessing and shaping each opportunity. His background in both land promotion and housebuilding gives him a well-rounded perspective on how to maximise land value through every stage of the process.

Sam operates within the Strategic Land division of the Beck Group of Companies, where he is responsible for identifying and securing land promotion opportunities across the UK. He works closely with landowners to maximise the value of their assets through the planning and development process.

Sue has been part of the Beck Group since 2013. As Finance Manager, she oversees the financial and administrative functions across all Beck Group companies, ensuring robust financial control, efficient internal processes, and smooth day-to-day operations. Her deep understanding of the business and long-standing experience within the Group play a key role in supporting its continued stability and growth.

Drawing on 30+ years of experience delivering residential masterplans for UK housebuilders and land promoters, John excels at uniting design quality with commercial performance. He creates distinctive, site-responsive schemes that unlock the full value of land for our landowner partners. John has worked alongside Beck Group companies for over two decades and during that time has designed multiple award-winning developments for Beck Homes.
